Within a year's time, a grand temple for Karpaga Vinayakar (wish fulfilling Ganesha) was consecrated at the Ganeshpuri colony of "Sree Rama Rajya".

Siddha Yogi Sri Siva Shankar Baba, fondly known as Baba, was born on January 28, 1949. He underwent a death experience on January 26, 1984 through the grace of Sri Raghavendra Swami, and this marked the start of His spiritual advancement. Popularly called “God Uncle” by His devotees, Baba preaches and practices love. He is directly accessible to everyone and there are no barriers between the seeker and Him. His informal, simple style of working and living (He does not don the robes of a sanyasi) makes it easy for the seeker to reach out to Him.
